Starlink Installation London is a family-run business that specializes in installing Starlink dishes within London and the M25. The owner Colin Taylor and his engineers have now installed over 1,000 Starlink dishes throughout the UK, Colin and 3 of his engineers are now focusing on installing within the M25.
As the owner of a very successful TV Aerial and Satellite installation company, Colin started his career with Sky installing Sky dishes years ago before setting up his own TV Aerial installation business.
Starlink started to operate in the UK in March 2021 at which point Colin set up Space Internet Installations which has become the largest Starlink installer company and covers the whole UK.
We install Starlink dishes on domestic homes, offices, factories, warehouses, hospitals, doctors surgeries, dental surgeries, military sites, static homes and caravans, schools and universities.
Installations start from £225. Every job is different and we have found the simplest way to provide a cost is for the customer to send us a few photographs of the property or building via WhatsApp. That enables us to look at options on where to install the dish and the best way to do it as discretely as possible. The router needs to go within 50’ of the dish due to the length of the standard cable that is supplied with the dish. We do carry longer cables on the van.
Having installed over 1,000 starlink dishes has enabled us to find a solution to every scenario possible. We have never left a job having not completed the task.
Once on-site, we look at the options available to us on where to install the dish. We discuss all aspects of the installation with the customer from the dish location to the direction we run the cable and the point where we bring the cable into the building. Where possible we hide cables behind downpipes or behind the guttering. Holes are filled with recycled plastic to stop draughts and then sealed with waterproof mastic and a blow plate if required. We use the same galvanized brackets for installing TV aerials and our poles have been fabricated especially for the Starlink dish to fit tightly inside. The poles and brackets will last 30 years or more.
To get the full benefit of the Starlink service, we mount the dish high enough to avoid any obstructions. We take readings to ensure there are no issues with trees, chimneys, roof tops etc.
We can often find solutions to installing dishes that cannot be done in a standard way.

We carry a range of products on the vans to normally allow a same-day service to install Wi-Fi throughout the property. We stock Deco TP-Link and Ubiquity as standard and for high-end systems we use Netgear which are ordered for the specific job in question.
We carry the Starlink ethernet adapters which are needed to install a mesh system or hardwire the Starlink to computers etc. The current Starlink router does not have an ethernet port.
